Do you offer support to charities?

We are committed to helping local charities and fundraising wherever possible and ask that you contact the manager at your local Belgo restaurant to request support. The manager will review your request, and should the event be one they are able to support, they will issue gift vouchers which are ideal for fundraising or they may be able to put something bespoke together for your event.

Do you accept luncheon vouchers?

Yes we accept luncheon vouchers.

What are the terms and conditions of using the Tastecard in your restaurants?

As of 30 November 2012, we no longer accept the Tastecard in any of our restaurants.

Can I suggest a dish to go on a menu?

We are always interested to hear ideas for new dishes, so please submit any suggestions via the form on the General Enquiries page.

Can I open my own Belgo restaurant?

Unfortunately not but if you would like a Belgo restaurant to open in your town, please feel free to get in touch as we are always interested to hear about potential new locations.

I have seen a poster in one of your Belgo restaurants, where can I get a copy of it?

Unfortunately we are unable to provide copies of the posters on display in our restaurants.

I like the music at Belgo and wonder whether I can purchase a CD?

Unfortunately we do not sell CDs of the music played in our restaurants.

Can I buy Belgo gift vouchers?

Not at the moment but we hope to be offering these soon.

What is your policy on tips and service charges?

All customer tips and service charges are kept by restaurant employees in full.  This includes credit card tips and service charges paid via a bank or debit card, which are distributed in full to our employees.  We do not make any deductions for administering tips.  Tips and service charges are paid in full in addition to the National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage.  

Any tips paid in cash are retained by the individual waiter.  They may or may not have arrangements in place to share these tips with other employees in the restaurant and staff in the restaurant kitchen.  It is the responsibility of those receiving cash tips to declare the income for tax purposes to HM Revenue & Customs.  The company does not participate in any aspect of cash tips.

TiCasual Dining Group and all of its restaurant businesses fully support the British Hospitality Association (BHA) voluntary code of best practice on service charges and tips.  More details of this code can be found on the BHA website at www.bha.org.uk

Does Belgo source its seafood from sustainable stocks?

Belgo believes strongly in the ethical purchasing of fish and seafood products. We frequently check with our suppliers regarding their efforts to support sustainable fishing, and change our suppliers if they do not meet our standards. It is important to Belgo that our suppliers, whilst meeting the needs of our customers today, fully support the long term objectives of sustainability to protect resources for the future.

Does Belgo use GM–free products?

None of our menus contain GM ingredients.

Does Belgo have seasonal menus?

Unfortunately we do not offer seasonal menus in our restaurants at the moment.

What nutritional / allergen information is available?


Nutritional information is available upon request from the customer services team. 


Due to the mix of dishes within our restaurants required to meet customers’ needs, we do not declare any of our meats as Halal. Furthermore all of our dishes are prepared in kitchens where all meat products are commonly used.


We have Allergen Menus available upon request in the restaurant or they can be found on the Go Eat page for your chosen restaurant.

Does Belgo cater for special dietary requests?

Where can I find your menus and prices?

You can view our menus by selecting your restaurant of choice and the clicking – Go Eat for the food menu and Go Drink for the drinks menu. You will find the full menus and prices in here for your chosen restaurant.

How do I amend my table booking?

To amend an online booking you will need to cancel your original booking using the online system and then book with the correct details. You can cancel a booking by clicking on the relevant link in the confirmation email you received at the time of booking. After clicking on the link, please follow the on-screen instructions.

Can I book a table for a party at Belgo?

Tables for up to ten people can be booked using our online booking system. For larger parties of more than ten people, please fill out a ‘Group Events Enquiry’ form on the Book A Party page for your chosen restaurant and a member of the team will contact you to confirm the booking.

How do I book a restaurant?
